FROM PHYSICAL PART TO NEW POSSIBILITY

Ideas take shape.

3D scanning, CAD modelling and 3D printing. We connect the physical and digital worlds to create parts that solve real problems.

01 / WHAT WE DO

One partner.
From object to part.

Start with an existing object, a technical drawing or an idea. We choose the approach around what you need to achieve.

01

PHYSICAL OBJECT → DIGITAL GEOMETRY

3D scanning

Digitising parts and complex shapes for measurement, modelling and reconstruction.

What it includes +
  • Capturing the geometry of a real object
  • Processing and preparing scan data
  • A foundation for comparison and further modelling
02

SCAN DATA → MANUFACTURING MODEL

Scan-to-CAD & reverse engineering

Turning the geometry of a physical part into a CAD model suitable for modification and manufacturing.

What it includes +
  • Reconstructing damaged or discontinued parts
  • Modelling functional surfaces and assemblies
  • Preparing for 3D printing or machining
03

IDEA → FUNCTIONAL DESIGN

3D & CAD modelling

Models developed from sketches, dimensions or a brief. From the first concept to a considered functional part.

What it includes +
  • Designing enclosures, adapters and components
  • Modifying existing models
  • Preparing files to suit your project
04

DIGITAL MODEL → PHYSICAL PART

3D printing & prototyping

Prototypes, functional parts and small batches with material and orientation selected for the application.

What it includes +
  • Checking form, fit and function
  • One-off parts and small batches
  • Material selection based on intended use

02 / HOW WE WORK

A clear path to
your finished part.

01

Tell us your idea

Send dimensions, a description or an existing model. We clarify the function and working conditions.

02

Choose the approach

We discuss technology, material and required files. Pricing and lead time depend on the task.

03

Create and check

We scan, model or make the part according to the agreed brief.

04

Deliver the result

Receive the agreed files or physical parts, ready for the next step.

APPLICATIONS

Small parts.
A big difference.

When an off-the-shelf solution does not fit, we start with the task: geometry, fit, loads and working environment.

03 / BEFORE WE START

Your questions.
Our approach.

I do not have a 3D model. Can you help?+

Yes. We can start with a physical part, sketch, photos with dimensions or a description. After reviewing the brief, we clarify what else is needed.

Can you recreate a broken part?+

We can examine the available geometry and suggest a reconstruction approach. For parts with a critical function, we first discuss requirements, material and necessary validation.

Which files can I share?+

STL, OBJ, STEP/STP, technical drawings and photographs are useful for an initial review. You can include a link to your files in the enquiry.

How are price and lead time determined?+

They depend on part size and complexity, required accuracy, material, quantity and finishing. Send a brief so we can discuss a project-specific quote.

04 / LET’S CREATE IT

What do you
want to make?

Tell us about your task. An existing part, a new product or a first prototype — we start with a conversation.

LET’S
MAKE IT.

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry.
